Pan's Labyrinth is the most amazing movie I have seen in a long time. At first, I felt like a little kid... I wanted to know what happened next, and couldn't wait to get there, yet I took in every second until then. Going into it, I knew it was going to be sad, but this was beyond what I could imagine, in not just sadness. It's been a long, long time since I've felt so many different and such intense feelings. Anger, hatred, fear, sadness, joy... One right after another. There were times I was so scared I wanted to run, to cry, never stop running. Such a rage swarmed in me as I went through this journey with the little girl, Ofelia. Such a joyous feeling when I saw what she did, and fear when I delved into a sort of hell with her. Unlike Ofelia, however, I wasn't alone... With Thunderheart by my side, he and I took a journey far more fantastic than I could have imagined when I walked into the theater this night.

I did something extremely un-epic today. I let petty crap get to me.

But, you know...

It's not about how hard you can hit... It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward.

All right, so I know I've lost touch with quite a few people over the last couple of days, due to some bothersome stuff here and there.

My dad came home for the weekend not long ago, when he did, he was kind enough to install the hard drive with the data from Jackal Sr. into the tower which is Jackal Jr. (All and much thanks to Justin, may the sun shine upon thee.) Unfortunately, after a day of being completely STOKED about having my old data, music, BOOKS back, but lacking a sound card, my loving father bought one for me, but the goddamn thing would not be accepted with my hard drive, for whatever reason. Now, being the rather computer illiterate person I am, and with my dad back up where ever the hell he works, Jackal won't boot up much past a load up screen that lets me know I'm running Windows, if even that far.

SO.

It's up to my procrastinating brother to talk to his buddy about getting it fixed, if that's possible, or perhaps hooking me up with something better and more up-to-date. But we'll see.

As of now, if you have tried to contact me, apologies for replying late. I've set up my email down here on my dad's computer, but I've lost my contacts and all my old emails that are on either of my two hard drives in Jackal.

Aside from all that...

Things - well, all right, no lies - Haven't been the smoothest. But we still coast along, it's all good. The age I am now, I feel as though I shouldn't have to worry about a ton of shit that's going on, and still enjoy the better things in life. Though, avoiding the shit isn't necessarily the wisest thing to do, as it will come back and smack me harder in the face later. I'm cool with that, whatever.

Side note - I love my guildies to death. And my semi-guildies just as much. Thanks guys. I owe you.


Hope everyone is doing well. Once I get Jackal up and running again, I'll try to catch up. I feel bad for having lost touch like this, but ... eh, there's not a whole lot I can do.
